Hyperborea.lol (also operated under mirror domains) is a bio link profile service allowing users to create a public profile containing: username, profile picture, bio text, social media links, and background media. All profile content is public and only visible to those with the link; profiles are not indexed by search engines. Users are solely responsible for the content they upload.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Accounts belonging to users under 13 will be immediately deleted. Users aged 13–17 may use the Service with parental or guardian consent, who accept these Terms on their behalf.
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Hyperborea.lol a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, or create derivative works from your content solely for the operation, promotion, and improvement of the Service. You may request removal of your content at any time.
For EU/EEA users: This license is revocable, and you may exercise your GDPR rights (access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability). For users outside the EU/EEA, the license applies only for Service operation and promotion, and content removal requests are accepted.
You warrant that you have the rights to all content you upload and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate any law.

We may suspend, terminate, or delete accounts if Terms are violated, illegal activity occurs, abuse is detected, or security is threatened. Users will have the ability to contact us for inquiries regarding suspension or deletion. Violations of Section 6 result in immediate account termination.
We do not pre-screen or moderate user content. You acknowledge that content may be offensive or illegal and assume all risk in viewing or interacting with it. We are not liable for user-generated content or interactions.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure service.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Hyperborea.lol and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, service interruptions, unauthorized access, or user-generated content.
Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed. Backups may temporarily retain data, and third-party caches may store content beyond our control.
Disputes are resolved via binding arbitration in Oslo, Norway under Norwegian law. EU/EEA users may pursue local legal remedies under GDPR. US users may use small claims court for eligible claims. All others agree to arbitration in Norway and waive class actions except as required by local law.
You agree to indemnify Hyperborea.lol for claims arising from your use of the Service, content, or violation of Terms or laws.

Hyperborea.lol operates on a not for profit basis. Donations cover operational costs only and are not used for personal profit.
This Privacy Policy describes how Hyperborea.lol collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the Service, you consent to these practices.
The Service is hosted behind Cloudflare, which may collect IP addresses for security and DDoS protection. This data is not linked to your account.
